Q: What services do you provide?
A: Our experienced and reliable caregivers will assist the client's daily living activities at home or in facilities like assisted living and nursing homes. These include:
- Companionship, care, and vigilance in fall prevention
- Daily meal preparation, laundry, light housekeeping
- Medication reminders and refills
- Make and follow up personal appointments with doctors, dentists, podiatrists, beauty shops, etc.
- Assist in shower, bath and dressing
- Bed bath or sponge bath
- Run errands for the client
- Update the family of the client's physical condition through phone or email
We provide caregivers and CNAs who can drive.
Q: How soon can the services be provided?
A: Services can be provided within 48 hours or within the same day.
Q: What will I do if I need the services?
A: Contact our office and we will conduct a phone assessment of the client's condition and needs in order for us to provide you with a caregiver who has the skills and personality to fulfill your expectations. Our staff, together with a caregiver, will make arrangements come to your home for an interview and for the caregiver to meet and to get to know the person needing the care. If you approve of the caregiver, then he or she can start working for you.
